What is it?

relaxplx is a proprietary botanical ingredient based on lemon verbena extracts. Rich in phenylpropanoids (verbascoside) and flavones, the lemon verbena extract has been scientifically proven to have beneficial effects on insomnia and anxiety symptoms. Helps cope calmly with the stress, to maintain a good mental condition and to obtain emotional comfort.

How does it work?

relaxplx improved quality of sleep and reduced anxiety. At 400 mg. improves anxiety and sleep quality, with lower cortisol levels, fewer interruptions while sleeping, more time in deep sleep and a tendency to increase REM.

relaxplx increase Neuron Sensitivity to GABA, Serotonin, Noradrenaline / Noreponephrine, and Dopamine.
